How do I choose firmness?

Start with the feel you enjoy. A lower score is softer; a higher score is firmer. Air Gel, Charcoal and Coolnest share the same 7/10 support, with different surface sensations. Visit a showroom to compare your favourites.

Will a Queen mattress fit every Queen bed?

Always match the exact width and length. Our models include different dimensions, such as 150 × 200 cm and 153 × 190 cm. Check the chosen variant and your bed’s internal mattress space before ordering.

What do the certifications cover?

CertiPUR-US certification applies to the foam. OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certification applies to the textiles.

Can Faruma help with delivery?

How do I choose the right firmness?

Start with the feel you enjoy: a softer surface, a balanced mid-firm feel or a firmer surface. Compare the firmness stated for each model alongside its construction and height. Firmness is a comfort preference, so the same mattress can feel different to different people. If you are unsure, tell our team what you use now and what you would like to change. We can help you compare the available options before you choose.

Which mattress size fits my bed?

Measure the internal sleeping area of your bed frame in centimetres and match both width and length to the selected mattress variant. Size labels alone are not enough: two products called Queen or Single may have different measurements. Check the mattress height as well, especially for trundle beds and frames with a recessed base. If you are choosing a new bed and mattress together, share the two models with our team so we can help confirm compatibility.

Does a thicker mattress mean a firmer mattress?

Height and firmness describe different things. A taller mattress is not automatically firmer, and a thinner mattress is not automatically softer. Compare the stated feel, materials and height of each model, then consider the total height once it sits on your bed base. That affects how easily you get in and out of bed and how the headboard looks. Check that your fitted sheet is deep enough for the chosen mattress, and follow the care guidance supplied with it.

What should I confirm before ordering?

Confirm the model, exact size, firmness and height, plus current availability and the delivery arrangements for your address or boat. Tell our team about stairs, lifts or narrow access points that may affect delivery. For a rolled mattress, follow the unpacking and settling instructions provided for that specific model.
