Refund policy

1. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds only within 24 hours of delivery under the following circumstances:

  • The item is defective, damaged, faulty, incorrect, or has missing parts.
  • The item is unused, unassembled, and returned in the same condition as delivered, with all original packaging intact, including outer packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if the item:

  • Shows any signs of use
  • Is not in original condition
  • Has been assembled or installed

Once an item is assembled, returns are strictly not accepted.

If a product is found to be defective, wrong, or missing parts, we will proceed with a replacement, repair, or refund, where applicable.


2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for items of equal value or as part payment toward higher-value items.
  • If exchanging for a higher-value item, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
  • No partial refunds are provided, and exchanges for lower-priced items are not permitted.
  • Exchanges are not allowed once delivery is completed.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • BML Credit & Debit Card Payments: within 10 working days after deduction of any bank chages
  • Direct Bank Transfers: within 2 working days

Refund timelines may vary depending on bank processing procedures.


4. Return Conditions & Process

  • If an item is damaged upon delivery, please notify the delivery personnel immediately.
  • To request a return or report an issue, contact us before sending any items:

Please include:

  1. Order number
  2. Item description
  3. Reason for return
  4. Proof of purchase or delivery note

Returns without prior approval or valid proof of purchase may not be accepted.

Return transportation charges outside Malé & Hulhumalé are the customer’s responsibility.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled after confirmation will incur a 15% restocking fee based on the total order value.
  • No cancellations are accepted once delivery is completed.
  • Sale items and custom-made orders are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-returnable.
